Polymorphic and metamorphic viruses are both types of malware that can change to avoid detection. The main difference between polymorphic and metamorphic viruses is:
Polymorphic viruses change each copy of their code to bypass anti-malware protection.
Metamorphic viruses rewrite their own code with each iteration, making it look completely different from the previous version.
So Metamorphic may be more accurate
